How to shop on RRLMART. COM

Step 1: Choose the product (s) you want to buy. If you are on the category page, click on the Details button for viewing the detailed description or, you can directly add the product to the cart by clicking on the Add to Cart Button.

Step 2: If you are on the details page, read the details of the product. Select your desired size (if applicable) and input quantity and then press Add to Cart Button.  

Step 3: Once you click Add to Cart, a pop –up window with a drop-down list of locations for selecting your preferred shipping location will appear.

a) Select your preferred shipping location from the list and press the Continue Shopping button.

b) If you are already logged into your account, the location selector drop-down will appear.

Step 4: Upon selection location/clicking on Add to Cart button, a mini cart will appear.

a) If you want to buy more items, add more items to your cart.

b) If you have a coupon code, click on the apply coupon button at the button of the mini cart, a coupon code filed will appear. Apply your coupon here.

c) If you want to proceed to checkout with the items in your cart, press the Continue Shopping button.

Step 5: Once you click on the Continue Shopping button in the mini-cart, you will land on a 4-step checkout page.

a) You can go back to the cart by clicking on the Shop More Button on the mini cart if you change your mind to add more items to the cart.

b) Enter your Phone Number and click/tap on Proceed button.

c) If you are an already registered customer,

i) The system will ask for inputting your password. Enter your Password and login into your account.

ii) If you have forgotten your password, you can recover by clicking Forgot Password button.

d) If you are not a registered customer. 

i) They system will send an OTP SMS to your phone.

ii) Input the OTP and click on submit OTP Button.

iii) Then, the system will ask you to choose and set a password.  

iv) Input your preferred password and click on proceed Button.

v) You can click on the SKIP button if you don’t want to set a password.

e) After login / completing OTP submission, the checkout will move you to the shipping address step.

Step 6: Please select a shipping address from your available shipping address list. You can also edit an existing address add a new address.

Step 7: Select the Shipping Method shipping change breakdowns are shown as per possible shipment. Clicking on the continue button, the checkout will move you to the payment method step.

Step 8: Select your preferred payment Method from the available payment methods. 

At present we only have “Cash on Delivery (COD)", Mobile Financial Services like bKash, Nagad eventually shall be extended to bank Credit/Debit Card (Like Visa, Master Card, Amex etc.) and shall be updated this information in our portal.
